Packaging

Smaller quantities, 15/25kg will be sent in sealed polythene bags.
Larger quantities, 0.5/1 tonnes will be sent in large UV filtered canvas sacks.

Uses

Coloured glass chippings, glass pebbles, polished cobbles and our other exotic cobbles, have a wide variety of uses including terrazzo flooring, resin bonded paving, epoxy flooring, landscaping applications, water features, flower arranging glass, internal planting, aquariums, glass pebbles for table displays.

Ordering & Delivery

All prices quoted include vat and delivery (excluding deliveries to Ireland, Scottish Isles or Channel Isles etc). Vat is chargeable @ 23% (Irish Vat Rate), to all UK customers, who cannot provide a verifiable UK Vat Number. Vat is not chargeable to UK customers who can provide a verifiable UK VAT number. International orders are welcome (except for Ireland). All our prices are quoted in sterling and as such only applicable to the Scotland, Wales and England. If you are an international customer from the Europe or the USA, please feel free to contact us on the tab provided below, where we will be happy to provide you with a quotation. Any tariff, tax or import duty payable for Non EU Deliveries is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Recycled Glass Ulster uses a variety of carriers to distribute its good. In the case of 15kg or 25kg bags, these deliveries will be made by courier. Larger deliveries will be delivered by various Pallet Network companies. Carriers will require daytime contact numbers; however the majority of carriers do not book in or telephone, unless it is for a palletised load. In the case of couriers delivering small packages, that may just leave a note stating that have missed the delivery and try to arrange a subsequent delivery.

We reserve the right to charge for additional cost for the delivery, should the load require additional handling or delivery. Whilst we endeavour to deliver within a 7-10 working day period, there are times when an item is out of stock or delayed. If the delay occurs for a period exceeding 20 days, then the customer is entitled to an automatic refund without any obligation; however the customer may wish to wait until the item is in stock and this is perfectly acceptable.

Returns Policy

Please note that the return or rejection of products which we have correctly supplied is costly. When in doubt about colour and form of a product please ask for samples prior to placing an order. Samples can be provided at minimal cost.

->Any order cancellation must be made prior to product despatch.

->In the event that the customer wishes to cancel an order and the correct order has been despatched, the return cost of the product will be at expense of the customer. We can arrange for collection and the customer will be advised of the costs in advance. If a product is returned and we find that the incorrect product was initially delivered or indeed that the product supplied was faulty we will exchange the product as soon as possible at no extra charge.

->Delivery is non-refundable. Where a product is to be returned, delivery will be charged at GBP120 per pallet and GBP 30 per smaller packaged items, VAT included.

->Returned items will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the original order less the cost of delivery.

Important: Please take time to inspect packages prior to signing for the goods; we will not accept responsibility for damaged goods that have been signed for.

Minimun Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity is one 1kg bag. For different products this may vary!
